Find meaningful support for your mental and emotional health in these safe, small group discussions. During our collaborative Support Circle Sessions we explore new forms of awareness, creating a safe space for all to be present. We encourage and invite the opportunity to learn and grow even more in the practice of self-centering techniques and mindful engaging activities that focus on addressing anxiety and distressing.
Support Circles (50 min)
Work in a group, together exploring and discovering monthly topics, activities and exercises on self-care, mindfulness and well-being. These class are designed to relax, create, and inspire the mind.

Support Circles Package (50 min)

We offer a variety of community based program and workshops focused on a mind, body, spirit approach to wellness- inspiring others to be their own best health advocate.
